I am truly amazed how well these Wilderness Wear active merino base layers from Australia work. I wore them 45 days straight this past season, doing everything from long ice climbs in Canada, where the temps hit -24ºF, to many days ski patrolling – both alpine and Nordic. In other words, through very high aerobic and perspiration activities. I washed them just three times during all this. (And that’s only because my wife insisted!)

They never made me feel clammy or wet and are definitely the best feeling thermals I have ever worn. I am absolutely hooked on them!

I remember talking to you at the Outdoor Retailer trade show last year and listening to your pitch. ‘Hmmm. Sounds like the same old sales job you hear everywhere else’, I thought. Little did I know you were in fact underselling! I just wish you could try them like I did – you would really see their worth.
